They’re using fake deliveries to deceive victims and commit scams. The scam begins with a call or message claiming you’ve won a gift or present. Everything seems convincing: the approach is polite, the contact appears official, and there’s even a supposed delivery person involved. But, upon delivery, they ask for a fee—claiming shipping or clearance costs. When you pay, you realize nothing was delivered and the money was lost. To protect yourself, be wary of any gift you didn’t request, never make advance payments for something you didn’t purchase, and always confirm the authenticity of the contact with the official company. Stay alert and share this alert.
